ChatMeet started in early 2026 as a small experiment. Our founder, a software developer from Pakistan, noticed how many people struggled with conversational English and social anxiety when trying to connect online. Traditional language apps felt robotic, and real chat platforms came with risks and pressure.
The idea was simple: create friendly AI personas that feel natural to talk to, so anyone can practice without fear of judgment. What began as a handful of test profiles has grown into a diverse collection of AI personas from over 25 countries, each with a unique personality and backstory.
